One Call Does It All
When you call us you don’t have to worry about any more calls. Time is a precious and valuable commodity. Let us deal with the headaches of organizing all the details. From your initial call, through the planning and construction process, we do all the work of gathering your goals and dreams, creating a plan around them and turning them into reality.
Tour a Home
Take a tour of this exclusive lake retreat that we call The Lodge. This home features over 6,500 square feet, 7 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and is nestled on over 200 acres within a Minnesota forest with a long private driveway. In a delicate balance of reverence for the past and a vision for the future, we were approached with the challenge of preserving an existing log cabin while modernizing it to meet our client’s contemporary needs. This project stands as a testament to our commitment to respecting architectural heritage while delivering on modern-day requirements. Click on the video to take a look!

01
Design Phase
After the initial visit to the property and commitment to The Lighthouse Construction Process, a second visit is conducted to analyze, evaluate, and document the site characteristics and required measurements. A Sales Associate, Designer, and Project manager will work collaboratively on your project to incorporate your ideas, vision, design style, as well as zoning concerns, all while working within your budget. At the completion of this phase, you will have a design crafted to meet your needs and wants, a custom and unique project that “Tells Your Story!”
02
Pre-Construction Phase
Once you are satisfied with the design, our Designer works with you to complete the finish specifications; that is, the selection of the finishes and materials to be used in your project. Next, we move on to compiling a detailed estimate to ensure that all of the project’s costs are calculated to avoid surprises later. The contracts and legal documents are prepared for your approval and you’ll then have the information to make an informed decision to either move forward to the “Construction” Phase or pause the process.

Construction Phase
Construction documents and details are prepared with finalized drawings and the permitting process is finalized and sent to the municipality, county, or state for review and approval. Product selection is finalized and materials are ordered prior to construction. The Project Manager uses our interactive project management software to house the schedule, daily logs, budgets, selections, photos, quality control inspections, and much more. A final walk-through concludes our proven process of uncompromising quality that focuses on you. We pride ourselves on our work and use only the highest quality craftsman to complete your project. Our team builds with the Golden Rule in mind, and as a result, we know how to deliver. We look forward to starting The Lighthouse Construction Process with you.
