This construction project involved the building of a new home on a property that had been in the client’s family for 116 years. The original home was torn down and a new home was constructed in its place. The new home features retro appliances, wood accents throughout, and concrete floors. A loft area provides additional sleeping space. The final result was a beautiful and functional home that honored the client’s family history while providing modern amenities and design.
