About the Project
This project involved raising the home off the foundation and pouring new structural walls. Structural repairs were made to reinforce the existing floor joists. One of the highlights of the project was the addition of a Dutch door, which added a touch of Scandinavian charm and color to the white structure. The minimalist home features a kitchen with white painted cabinetry, open shelving, inset doors, and maple countertops, creating a sleek, modern yet timeless look. The walls were also painted white to make a smaller space feel more open.
