This project involved the repair and replacement of an existing home on a tight lot. The homeowners wanted to maximize their outdoor living space, so we added a large deck off the lakeside of the home. To create more interior space, we added a vault to the home which allowed us to build a loft above the kitchen. Additionally, we transformed an existing storage shed into a small “game room” with a wood accent wall. The final result was a beautiful and functional home that met the needs of the homeowners.
