This construction project was a complete renovation of an existing structure that had fallen into disrepair. Despite the need for significant work, we were able to keep the building’s proximity to the lake while giving it a complete update. We made sure to retain the charm of the building while adding modern amenities. The renovation included the addition of a large outdoor dining and bar area, as well as skylights to bring in extra natural light. The final result was a beautiful and functional dining experience that blended the best of the past with the present.
